Paying for your Session
Payment is due by midnight the day of your session.

We will work something out.

Payment is usually received through Venmo or Zelle. If you prefer another payment method, please ask. We will find a way that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please Be On Time for Your Session
If you are 10 minutes late for your session, the session is cancelled without a refund.
Example: Your session is set to begin at 6:00 pm. If you arrive at 6:11 pm or later, your session is forfeit.
You can cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance of your session

If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance by texting Emiliana directly, you can simple reschedule without any penalty.

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you are still responsible for paying for the session. This is because Emiliana has already spent time preparing for your session and the time has already been allocated for you.
What happens if Emiliana needs to cancel your session?
If Emiliana cancels your session (this is very rare), you will be given another session of the same type and time amount free of charge.
